We were very impressed by the professionalism of everyone associated with Black Platinum Solar and Electric. The day of installation they arrived and set up in a very organized and efficient manner. It was very important to us that the solar company we chose did their own installation. Once you sign the contract Black Platinum Solar does not sub-contract the Job out to someone who you've never dealt with. Peace of mind knowing you only have one entity to rely on. Both John's were available to answer any questions we had and address any concerns we had. Everyone in the office Toni and Joann were also available when needed. Great experience, which is what you want when you are investing so much.
