Superb! From the initial planning to the installation and switchover to solar power - everything was excellent. Ben Piper and his team explained all that would be required after taking measurements and reviewing my power needs. They were courteous, clear with planning and financing descriptions, and they followed up with me whenever I had questions. The total cost will be reduced by 30% thanks to government tax breaks on solar electric installations. The installation was fast. This enables monthly payments over 12 years to be in line with average past/current Duke Energy payments. The only slow down was waiting for the power company to complete their end of the effort to get to switchover. It is exciting to be able to monitor the electrical output and equipment on line by phone and by computer. I am very happy with the result. It is wonderful to be a solar power user and to know that I am not only saving money, I am helping the environment. (Note that I also had my pool solar panels replaced by Superior Solar and am extremely happy with Felix and the work that was done)
