We had a small 8 panel, battery backup, grid-tied system installed by APS in 2010. It did a great job keeping things running when grid went down, but we wanted a faster recharge. We contacted Sunpro and Stephen Brendlinger came from Dallas. He was wonderful! He worked closely with us on each part of the project. We especially appreciate how fast he got back to us when we had questions. Sunpro installed 12 more panels on our garden house and an additional Schneider charge controller, adding 3.54 kW to our system. The installation crew was very efficient and polite. Joe Chevalier, the Master Electrician, was always available by phone and very good at explaining things to non-tech people like us. Victor in the Houston office did a great job coordinating setting up our net-metering with Deep East Texas Electric. Thanks for a job well done!
