I have had my system up and running now for two months and still don't have a way to monitor my system like they promised. I have called a dozen times to try to obtain my username and password for my system and they still have failed to give me access to Monitor my system. I feel I have given them plenty of time to fix their efficiencies and still have failed to do so.
