Installation team drilled holes completely through my wall, causing damage to an irreplaceable photo. They initially stated they had to remove a portion of a shelf in my laundry room to accommodate the battery. The entire shelf was removed. After all the damage and frustration. I still pay my regular APS bill and an additional $217 for the solar. Needless to say. If you want your power expenses to double, go solar with titan. Otherwise, just stay with APS or SRP, you will save money in the long run, regardless of what the fat Hispanic sales guy tells you.
