Despite having to wait a for an extended period of time to have our solar installed, we were beyond happy with the pleasant demeanor of Jeff, and the installers. Everyone worked hard to make sure that we were happy with the install as well as the process. The company went out of their way to make things right and kept us informed of every step. I am especially happy with the work that Cecil Lopman and his crew of electric installers did. Cecil went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right including working in the rain under our patio umbrella to meet deadlines. Cecil and his crew were great at explaining how the system worked and took time to make sure all our questions were answered. Over all we were very pleased with the process, again despite some delays along the way. I highly recommend Auric and the install crew we had.
