I don't often make big-ticket purchases, and investing in solar is definitely a commitment. For me, it's not just the quality of the product, but I have to feel comfortable and trust the people doing the job. And Semper Solaris nailed it 150%. Rhami Hasenin, my consultant, came out to the house and explained to me everything I needed to know about making my decision. He was patient every step of the way and fielded every question I could think of. And then when I thought of more and emailed him, his response time was fantastic. <br /><br />I had contacted several other solar companies as well, and most of them didn't respond or follow-up in any way. It was a really easy decision for me to go with Semper Solaris. <br /><br />The installation was very fast, done in one day, and I felt like I was part of the process. I signed off on the panel layout, and was walked through the process of what would happen next. They took care of all the SDG&E coordination, which was huge for me! And when all was said and done, they set me up with a monitoring app so I could make sure that my energy usage didn't exceed my generation. And they do a 30-day and 1-year system audit to make sure that things continue to work smoothly. So just end-to-end, a great experience.
