Their rating is zero, the install went OK, however, I recommended an additional two panels for the install, the house was a rental before we bought it so I didn't think the previous years usage was accurate for my family. based on the previous years usage average, my sales person didn't think I needed any additional panels, we settled on one, now I am paying a larger electric bill than anticipated. Customer service??? not at all, been trying for three weeks to discuss this with someone, I was always told its another department, wait for a few weeks for a call back then get cut off before you talk to anyone. If you want customer service this isn't the company to buy solar from, choose someone else. It also took several service calls to get the system working properly initially, not installed correctly and equipment failures. Buyer beware.
