Dallin Andrus in sales and Shari Pingle in service are great. We're still waiting for exel's permission to operate but from the beginning till now the process has been really great. Shari keeps us informed all the way through the process. The app shows you exactly where you are at in the process of applications and inspections with our solar set up. So you are never in the dark. The lender, Technology Federal Credit Union has already contacted us well ahead of our first payment due date. And the panels on my roof look very sharp, classy, and understated. <br /><br />We are very happy so far and wouldn't hesitate to recommend ion solar.
