They set the proper expectations. Any excess energy beyond what the solar system produces I will purchase from the utility. I think half the bad reviews are based from people who start to use more energy than they did before the solar. My system takes care of a full 100% of my energy bill. They have been very communicative throughout the entire process and the installation was seamless. There is no better solar company to work with.
