Our was needed an updated ac unit. It wasn't cooling properly and was costing us money. The team at GIM inspected out ac unit and gave us an estimate. They also offered to give us a proposal for solar and explained how we could benefit from installing solar with a new energy efficient hvac system that would help drastically lower our bill. We financed the system through them and got a low monthly payment for solar, hvac, and roofing. Now we just pay monthly for the system for 12 years and then its paid off! Very happy that we went with the team at GIM/
