Stay clear of this company. Bought a house w/solar panels that they installed. Each time I called them for information re: the lease and/or buyout I was given different information. They charge one price for a buyout at the time of sale of the house and they charge a higher buyout cost if you decide to take over the lease and do the buyout at a later date. In the end, when I decided on the buyout they washed their hands of me. They said they would not remove nor perform maintenance on the panels for any fee. Also, regarding the method of payment, they maintain that they must hold your check for 10 days regardless of whether or not it is bank certified. Both the buyers and sellers attorneys questioned this tactic and failed to get any satisfaction. As it threatened to delay the closing we both kept calling the office to make sure that they would honor that 10-day hold period, but they would not even commit to that. Extremely dubious business practices.
