Had my solar arrays on the roof since May and continue to be very happy with everything surrounding the project. When we started on the journey I was about to pull the trigger with another company when my wife heard of Solfarm. It was painless to set up the initial appointment and within a couple of days someone came over to the house for an on-site assessment. The visit didn't just include measuring everything but also a detailed explanation of available technologies, warranties, how things work with the power company etc. There was no sales and marketing fluff and no pressure. A couple of days later we had a quote which was better than the one I was previously ready to commit too, thus this was a no brainer. When it came time to put everything on the roof and connect the array the team at Solfarm was very flexible in working with my schedule. All team members were very friendly and Solfarm showed up as promised to get the installation done. Solfarm handled all permitting and setting up the inspection. Further, after the contract was signed and everything was on order a higher rated panel from the same company that was in the agreement became available and Solfarm ordered the higher rated panel without impact to the cost.<br /><br />Months after the array was installed the power company rebate program for Solar installs was initiated. This required an online application to be completed directly by me. Solfarm provided all the information I needed in a concise e-mail such that the completion of the power company web form was a breeze and I did not have to go looking for information that was certainly findable in the paper work I had.<br /><br />When the time comes to expand my array in the future Solfarm is the company that will do the work for me.
