Very happy with Sol-up. The entire process -- from sales to install -- has been convenient and stress free. The product works as advertised, and all the staff I've interacted with are professional and friendly.<br /><br />Sales - Mari was my saleswoman. Very friendly, enthusiastic, and most importantly, knowledgeable. It's clear that Mari understands her product and is passionate about it. I frankly didn't need to ask too many questions because she did such a good job explaining things to me. I had a salesman from another company and there was simply no comparison to Mari. The project proposal including financial workup were very thorough, explaining the technology behind the panels, the warranty, the projected energy savings over time, and the various payment scenarios. Mari even threw in free installation of a Level 2 outlet for charging any plug-in electric/hybrid vehicles.<br /><br />Installation - Man, they are FAST and efficient. Everything was done quickly and in an organized fashion. The total time from signing the proposal to commissioning (turning on) the system was only about 20 days! From securing permitting, getting authorization from my HOA, getting the panels installed, and painting my conduits to match my home's exterior paint, Sol-up kept me informed through every step and did things exactly when they said they would. It seriously couldn't have been easier.<br /><br />It's now 7 months since my system was activated, and I'm still satisfied with it. My electric bill, which averaged $150/month before, has been only $12 every month, even in the middle of summer, most of which is connection fees to NV Energy. And I enjoy being able to monitor the status of my solar panels through my app and on my laptop.
