It has been a long process mostly due to the cut holding up the permits and approving the work. The install went smooth. The installers and electricians were on time and professional. <br /><br />The only issue I have is too many cooks in the kitchen. From the sales person to the person who requested the permits to the coordinators. Everyone doesn't seem to be on the same page. You get bits and pieces of information as you go.<br /><br />We haven't had our system approved and turned on yet but otherwise it's been a good experience.
