This review is so far on the service as my system has not yet been installed. I will follow up once that portion is done This is my second go on solar. Two years ago I didn't know if Semper Solaris and by recommendation I went with another company who was very popular because of who their owner is... they make Electric cars now. Anyway, I don't regret going solar but just disappointed at that company's fall of their customer service. <br /><br />Anyway, this second time I was resolved to interview as many companies as I could to make sure I made the right decision. <br /><br />Semper Solaris was my fourth interview and Ron Schaefer was the rep who came to my home. I respected and appreciated his realistic and simplistic and no gimmicks approach to solve my requests on building the system I wanted. He was polite and flexible with my hesitation to do any deal than and there... the research I had done, the value I was getting on the product and Ron's service made me choose Semper Solaris as the company I would purchase my system with.
