Overall, Boston Solar was a great company to deal with. Staff were easy to deal with and very helpful. The installers were professional and respectful of our home. We are happy to see that we are producing as much electricity as quoted. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was the scheduling of our job took much longer than originally quoted - about 3 months and the clarity of the process to receive any bonus credits or promo items has not been clear - we are still working on them.

We did see an increased lead time in our installations during the spring due a surge in projects associated with the upcoming end of the SREC program, your patience in working with us in this regard was much appreciated!
