After a long search for a solar company, there wasn't a single company that can match pricing, warranty, and quality of work. The amazing part is that it doesn't stop there. Their customer service is the best part in my opinion. I have a lot of questions and concerns. Not only do they go above and beyond to get the information I need, they are willing to come in person if it makes it better. To be completely honest, I had a minor hiccup with the my panels where NVEnergy turned off my breaker without Solup and my knowledge right after their inspection. This caused me a few weeks without any generation. Solup monitored it and even came to my house for free to just flip a break while I was deployed. Out of experience, almost no company would send someone out personally to go do such a small task. They care about their customers. This “issue†was partly my fault because I didn't check if the system turned on the day we got the go ahead from NVEnergy but still, Solup took it upon themselves to fix it, double check generation progress next day, and compensated me for the electricity bill for something that was my responsibility. Want solar panels, don't even bother calling another company. Go with Solup!<br /><br />PS- I actually don't know the size of my solar system by memory so I just put 4.2 in the example. Not sure if anyone looks at that but just wanted to make sure they knew.
