This isn't one of your run of the mill solar companies that goes door to door trying to sucker people into buying a system based on uneducated estimates. Instead they provide real data and accurate estimates based on your energy usage and real calculations of expected solar production. As an engineer I have to see the data and check the math and this was the first company that could show their work. I have had long conversations with other people who have installed PV this year and I know that I got the best price per kw, and had the least problems with Goldin Solar handling everything. Initially there was a problem with a defective inverter but it was handled in a timely matter. The only other issue was waiting 3 weeks for the power company to come out to change the meter. I can't fault Goldin Solar for that as their paperwork was submitted early and they kept checking up to see what was taking so long. Additionally there were no hidden costs. I paid exactly the initial estimate amount. Finally the system is outputting the expected amount of power for this time of year.
