John Black, and the team at Black Platinum Solar, are absolutely outstanding to work with. To begin, they do not try to sell you on their services. John will call and educate on the product, answer any questions you may have, and will give you all of the tools you will need to make an informed decision of your own. After you have agreed to work with them, the process is seemless. They handle everything. They are ALWAYS on time, and work until your project is completed. Most impressively, they are CLEAN!!! They open your walls and run all of the electric inside of the walls instead of attaching unattractive conduit to your walls, and had a drywall person patch and retexturize when they were finished. They even mopped my floors!!! Yes ... the garage floor too!! My project was completed 4 months ago, and this last week I had a question for them. John was still helping me yesterday (ON A SUNDAY) to be sure we had our questions answered. I can't be more satisfied with the decision we made to work with Black Platinum Solar & Electric. They are truly a remarkable company. It makes perfect sense why they have nothing less than 5 Star ratings. Thank you John, Toni, JoAnn and Crew!! I will recommend you all to anyone interested in solar!!
