Good product, poor service.

The project managers were very unorganized and unprofessional.

My installation includes panels on my house, as well as a detached garage. A technician did a site survey, where they discovered the detached garage, as well as the fact that my house has no attic. Their "plan" featured a straight line indicating a connection between the house and the garage. There was no indication of exactly how the connection was to be achieved. When the installation crew arrived, they were very surprised that there was no attic, and, not only that they needed a trench, but that it should have been dug before they arrived. So they were not able to complete the installation.

Two days later, I received a message from the project manager that the 811 service had been called to mark the ground. Then, it was 2 weeks before they sent a guy to dig the trench. When he arrived, he was very surprised to see that there was a sidewalk where the trench should go, and he was unable to complete the work. A weak later, when the crew finally came that was capable to remove the concrete and dig the trench, the 811 markings on the ground were too faded and they had to call for the ground to be marked again.

This sort of unprofessionalism continued, with many days between each correspondence. But, after a failed trench inspection, a few more failed attempts at completing the project, it finally got completed -- 2.5 months after the first install crew arrived.

Also, when they dug the trench, they had to break the sidewalk, and clear some landscaping gravel. They never fixed the sidewalk, and the gravel got mixed with the dirt from the trench digging so the whole area looks like a dirt pile now.
