I first talked to a rep 2 years ago who got me interested in solar. At that point decided not to do it. Was approached this year by new rep. He explained the company and what would be done. He was new to the company and his approach was to fast and didn't like his answers. Spoke to customer service who got me a new rep. After that it was smooth sailing. All questions were answered quickly and with confidence. The installers were very professional. They first walked us through step by step what would happen that day. They finished in the time they said. The panels are low to the roof which makes them not a eye soar from the street. Can't wait for it to be turned on.
