Boston Solar was a pleasure to work with from start to finish; they communicated well, kept to their schedule, did great work, and followed up with us afterwards. We really appreciated the up-front work that went into the estimate of cost and potential power generated, and the explanation of the available tax credits, Boston Solar guarantees, and the different State incentives (Solar Renewable Energy Certificates vs "SMART incentives"). This was our first experience with solar power so the information really helped (Many thanks to John Sacco)! As fas as the installation process, weather required a change of installation date and they worked with us to arrange the first available slot. During installation a screen door received a minor tear, which Boston Solar made right with a gift card towards the repair. You can't ask more than that! Customer service is stellar. Any questions we had were quickly answered, and our Customer Experience Coordinator even talked me through rebooting our system to bring it online (thank you Mali Cooper!). Finally, we received an after-installation visit from Tom Sheridan, one of the Solar Commissioners, to make sure everything was up and running and to go through the solar monitoring website. I can't recommend Boston Solar highly enough; at a time when many companies are providing the minimum, Boston Solar did everything they promised and more!
