My system just went active in June and so far so good! <br /><br />From beginning to end I really didn't have to do anything. The sales guy (Joe) was very knowledgeable, very pleasant, and quick to answer with any questions I had. Once I signed up I was kept in the loop at every step. They were very aware of my aesthetic concerns and went above and beyond to assure me that I would be happy with the end result. I even asked if it was possible for a different layout, which they told me was not possible the way I was speaking of, when I pushed back and asked them to check again, they did! And even went so far as to send me a CAD design layout showing my specific idea and explained why it wasn't going to work they way I had in mind! I also asked them to double check a roof they weren't using that I had been told my another company was my best roof for solar capturing - and they did - and confirmed that Boston Solar was right with their design! Extremely accommodating!<br /><br />

We aim for a relatively hands-off process for the homeowners we work with but are always happy to discuss any specific requests relating to the project and accommodate these whenever possible - in the event that we aren't able to move forward with a request, it is still very important to us that we be transparent and share all the background to ensure that there is confidence in the project moving forward!<br /><br />Regarding the issue with the paint on the door, I apologize that the concern wasn't addressed previously - your Project Coordinator will be following up shorly to discuss a resolution to this matter.
