I believe that every review should cover the good and bad aspects of a project. Because when I decide to do business with a company, other reviews help me form an opinion.

Goldin Solar wasn't our first solar company we looked at. The whole reason why we wanted solar was to have a way to power the house during a hurricane when FPL power was down. The first company we looked at didn't fit this requirement. Our neighbor told us about Goldin and that they offered a solution with a battery backup.

We contacted Goldin and they sent out a salesman to discuss our options. They worked with us to get financing though the Florida Pace Program.

Madelin, my project manager was amazing. She worked with my schedule to get the solar installed and she walked me thru the process and answered all my questions.

Aldo, my installation manager made sure I was happy with installation, and made sure that the system was operational.

I am sure there are several people behind the scenes that deserve my thanks as well, from the engineers, installers and electricians.

There were a few things that didn't go as expected or discussed, however after talking to Goldin about these issues, I feel Goldin has addressed each of my concerns appropriately.

There are a lot of companies that are pushing solar these days. Most of these companies are from California, it's nice to work with a local company. It helps our economy, and I find that local companies are more responsive.

I feel that Goldin is a solid company that would work hard to make sure you get the product and service you need.

I wanted to add this one bit of information, on my first day of power generation the monitoring tool said I remove enough CO2 that it was an equivalent of planting two trees. That's an awesome feeling to know you're helping the environment.
