If there was a 0 STAR that would be my rating! Please if you're trying to get Solar panels into your home, I would advise you to do your research. I didn't! I got myself into this horrible nightmare since 2014. Not only did they lie regarding having a lower electricity bill when for Edison my highest monthly bill would be no more than $80dls. With Vivant my monthly bills are appx 150dls to 180dls per month! this is insane. Now I'm currently moving to a new home, I need my Panels transfer to my new home which I've been having a hard time scheduling an appt because the people that take care of that department are very busy helping other customers and they will call me back. I've been waiting for a call back for over a week. ANOTHER BIG LIE about this company when I signed the contract it said that you can transfer your panels to a new location without a cost. well GUESS WHAT that is a LIE, not only do you have to pay to remove, you also have to par to install in your new home!! I really hope people really do their research when it comes to Vivant Solar, its a horrible company, worst nightmare of my life!
