Installation team was great. Customer services has been great. My issue is that the Inverter failed within a very short time of the use so I went 2-3 weeks without generating power. The App does not provide event notices to inform the user that there is an issue with the system so you have to check your App daily to make sure it's generating power and if it's not over a few days then you should call in. With this level of technology, not having event notifications is a negative. I give it three stars. I do like the look on my Roof and I'm living an environmental friendly lifestyle setting a trend in my Village which is great.
