Everyone at Southern Current were very professional. The salesman Justin came out on a Saturday, even taking time away from his family. The installation crew were also professional and all introduced themselves. They told me every step of the installation and cleaned all of the trash involved. Everyone treated me as if they were appreciative of our business. I had talked with other solar companies and they were matter of fact and didn't seem to care whether we used them or not. <br /><br />The things that sold me on Southern Current were:<br />* South Carolina based in Charleston<br /> * with an installation and service center in the upstate in Simpsonville<br />* The salesman was very knowledgeable and also was a customer of solar (including his parents and in-laws)<br />* They had installed solar on local Target and Kohls.<br />* They were also establishing solar farms in the Carolinas and Georgia<br />* They were installing solar on two of the schools in the school district we live<br /> If the school district was going with them, I knew they had been totally vetted and would be the best.<br /><br />The only draw back I had during the entire experience was waiting on Duke Energy to come and change the meter and have it ready to turn on. Duke was supposed to come within 15 business days. The technician came out the morning of the 16th day... the change over took all of 10 minutes.
