We got our panels installed in March 2017 with the promise that they would monitor our system and if there was a problem they would be out to repair it. Well, in June our system had stopped working completely. They did not notify us of the problem. I caught the system failure myself. Called Envirsolar for a repairman to come out. No response. Called them 2 or 3 times a day. No response. Filed a complaint with BBB. Two dilator tehy

Hello I'm not sure that it was our company that installed you. We pride our selves in everything we do especially in helping all of our customers!
