We had the pleasure of having Black Platinum install our solar during the Summer of 2017 when our electric bill was averaging about $380 per month. Our current bill has been running about $32 per month. The installation was done extremely professional with them keeping us informed on each step of the process. We have been very please with the performance of our system. They even trained us on how to check on our systems performance and production and how to read the exact production. Anytime we have a question, they are more than happy to keep us informed. We had a fuse go out once and they were out within 24 hrs and replaced it without our knowing it. They monitor all their installed systems and let you know immediately should anything go wrong. Great investment, which we feel will pay for itself within 8 years.
