The work done by Auric was pretty good but their coordination was bad.<br />- I paid for 12 panels but they only installed 11 panels. After installation was complete, I caught the mistake and they eventually installed the 12th panel.<br />- A poorly installed wire nut caused the system to short out. After a month of calling and leaving messages, they finally responded and fixed the system.<br />- During the design and coordination processes, my contact person kept changing and they were bad about responding to emails and calls.<br />- During the bidding phase they promised a system specific instruction manual once the system was complete. I had to hound them for months after installation was complete in order to receive the manual and it ended up being just a few generic cut sheets.
