My experience working with Heath and the team at SolarNorCal has been extremely positive. I have been in my home for the past six years and have seen a steady increase in my electrical bills. I knew I wanted to go solar but I didn't know with whom. I did a lot of research and read a lot of reviews, but I was still unsure which company and what type of system was best for me. I wanted to make sure I was getting the best possible solar system and warrantee available. The design, layout and workmanship was also a top priority. I was very concerned about possible roof damage or broken tiles during the installation process and didn't want to find out about leakage or problems years later. I also did not want a spiderweb of conduit all over my roof or the side of my house. I was also concerned about building a system that could comfortably support my family in the future without having to feel like I always had to turn things off and be uncomfortable just to minimize my electrical bill. <br /><br />I got several quotes from different providers. One of the quotes was from a large wholesale warehouse company which seemed to be the best deal until I contacted SolarNorcal. SolarNorcal beat that bid by almost $6,000 and it included a slightly better solar panel system. Another company said they can beat any solar quote so I let them know what my offer was and they were shocked at the price I was getting and told me to go with SolarNorcal. <br /><br />I also appreciated Heath's patience answering all of my questions and explaining each step in the process. At no point did I feel any “high pressure†sales tactics and I even sat on the offer for a few months before deciding to move forward. <br /><br />The installation team was also great. The installation took a few days and it easily passed the city's building inspection process. The layout was logical, conduit placement was minimized, and NorCal even painted the conduit to match the paint along the side of my house. <br /><br />So in the end I am very happy with my solar investment with SolarNorcal and looking forward to saving a lot of money with my electric bills. I strongly endorse SolarNorcal and want to thank them for a job well done!
