The whole experience was painless and this was from the start. Bill the salesman was very knowledgeable and explain everything very well. From previous quotes we found Bill to be very honest. We had been told no electric bills period but Bill explained there would be some changes because of fees charged just for having service. <br />We had already learned that but others were willing to mislead us. <br /><br />The install team was great. Eddie, John and George all took time to explain what they were doing and talked us through each step. They were very diligent to make sure that the system was installed properly and cleaned up everything each day. They also were great salesman for the company. They talked about how much training they received and were proud that the company wants them to continue their technical training so they can provide great service. <br /><br />The company should be proud of these employees. So far so good.
