I have nothing but high praise for SunBlue Energy. From start to finish, both Jonathan and Chris, as well as their office staff and installers, made the entire process as seamless as possible. Originally, I had considered leasing panels by phone with a national company. Their offer was pretty good until I had serious questions and no one returned my calls or emails for days. I then checked with a neighbor up the street who's had solar for six years. He was very happy and without hesitation, he recommended SunBlue Energy for their professionalism, high quality work, and low key personal approach. He also added that while his system had worked flawlessly, it was nice to have a local company nearby should any issues arise. I prefer to conduct business face-to-face. Both Jonathan and Chris set up a meeting pretty quick and I knew within 30 seconds that we'd all be working together. There was plenty of info to absorb but they made it clear and easy to understand. I was surprised to learn, however, how inexpensive it was to buy rather than lease due to government rebates and low interest loans. Jonathan took me through all the applications and had me set up in minutes. Chris, the owner, then kept in touch with me regarding the permit process and was also up on my roof during the install to make sure everything went as smooth as possible. Jonathan stopped by several times afterwards to check up on the system. Marla, the office manager, kept me apprised of all scheduled inspections. All in all, a highly impressive job well done.
