Good performance and response to questions during the installation process. The time required to get the system operating was longer than predicted/expected, but may have been due primarily to the utility's response time in getting metering installed.The system appears to be producing energy as predicted and no problems encountered in the first week of operation. Too early to tell about company's warranty response performance.<br />Only issues have been some inaccurate answers to questions (nothing serious) and a bit pushy about getting payment (since this is a purchased system.)
