Initial impression of Auburn Solar was good, was told we'd get over 80% of our power from our grid but they never put anything on paper; after a year our Energy bill was almost as much as it was before and our consumption doubled. When we asked them for advice, they told us to "buy more panels!" and never did help us find resolution - and never returned phone calls. They never provided any data for what to expect and their ground siting recommendation doesn't maximize what we could've gotten from our system. I had to work with the Supplier and another Solar Company to get information on how to use the system better and add an consumption meter. I've referred friends and family to Solar Edge (equipment) and ES Solar (the installer) - both were very helpful. Both Solar Edge and ES Solar have armed us with the information we need to contest consumption from the Energy Company; high marks for them.

We are truly sorry you feel this way. We made multiple attempts in the nicest and most professional way to educate you on the ins and outs of installing solar from beginning to end and post install. Your ground mounted system is performing as designed having gone against our recommendation for the best location on your property. When your home usage goes up there will be a balance due at true up time. We explained this in detail and seemed like you were understanding of it all.
