My wife and I had been interested in adding solar to our home for some time, but were somewhat concerned about diving into an improvement which appeared complex including with respect to coordination with third parties such as for tax credits and interconnects. Sun Badger proved itself more than up to the task of guiding my wife and me through this process. Every question I asked was met with a patient and responsive answer and, if the answer was not immediately known (mostly due to an evolving and developing market), Sun Badger took the time needed to find the information and promptly provide a full answer. I interviewed 4 companies in all for this project and truly felt that Sun Badger "checked all the boxes" including with respect to equipment and process and, most importantly, a clear willingness to do what was needed to satisfy the customer and provide reassurance at every turn. Everything has gone extremely well, including a very smooth installation process and continued prompt, responsive, and professional assistance. I would add they Sun Badger is truly excited about solar and the company's enthusiasm is contagious and very well-received when moving ahead with a project of this nature. I also greatly respect the entrepreneurial spirit of an up and coming company. I strongly recommend that anyone considering solar look very carefully at Sun Badger and what it has to offer - they are doing what needs to be done and I believe will have many satisfied customers going forward.
