I spent about 45 minutes on the phone with Andrew discussing the best strategies for putting a PV system on my home. It was time well-spent. Most technical sales people get their answers from a script so I was really pleased and surprised to find out that he has an engineering degree directly related to the field he's working in. <br /><br />Andrew is smart, friendly without being overbearing, and truly interested in creating the best solution for his customers. He was very proficient at using the company's on-line analysis tools so he most of the information at his fingertips - and was quick to do the research to find whatever the company system couldn't provide. By the time we were done I knew roughly what the system would look like, would cost, and the pros and cons of the different ways to buy it. <br /><br />I need to delay my solar project by a few months but told Andrew to check in with me at the beginning of September when finances and logistics will be more favorable.
