We had panels installed in January 2018. And for the majority of the experience, it was great! The quote experience was the best I've ever had because they took the time to really explain all the options and how each benefitted differently. And then the salesman, Cooper, let us make the decision without forcing us into anything. The install process was great and they completed it all in one day. And they kept on top of things in terms of getting thru all the Duke Energy red tape in order to turn them on.<br />Now - I would give them 5 stars but there was a minor issue where a leak was caused by the panels. I was given the run around a few times before Renu finally admitted fault. But AFTER they determined that the issue was caused by them, they had it corrected in a very timely manner and were apologetic.
