I have tried to wait a bit before I post this just to see if they actually would try and make good on anything they said they would do. I guess I need to give them ZERO STARS at this point because they really haven't finished the job to the end. I would beware of Soloroo. They are good at communicating with you when initially selling the system of course but terrible once you buy it. Even their own people admit to nepotism which is likely why there is poor communication--things with the install were extremely disorganized, like the right hand didn't know what the left was doing. The system has been installed on the roof for almost 3 months and I still have no way to monitor the system of how it is doing. They have told me I have a non-working “Envoy†which I guess is the device needed to monitor the system to communication with the app, yet they refuse to fix it. Basically they installed broken parts. Soloroo cannot pull it together. If anyone knows how to help me please let me know. Also they moved a pipe on the roof that was pretty pathetic, they just cut it off shorter and pretended to reroute it. Oh, My wife just read this and said “I agree completely.â€
