Their sales rep promised us financing with a deferred (16%) interest loan that he would personally help us refinance before any interest kicked in, resulting in a 0% interest pay-out. Toward the end of the deferral period, he was NO help and we had to find our own (10%) replacement loan. Our payments went from about $500 to over $950 and we will end up paying over $18,000 in interest that makes the investment NOT WORTH IT, compared to savings on our electric charges.
