The entire process was seamless. The representatives we worked with (Jacob Ballas and Gailan Wensil-Strow) were completely professional, friendly, and extraordinarily helpful every step of the way. All work was performed and completed as promised right down to manually submitting a Residential Electric Consumption Calculator when the power company initially disapproved installation because of skewed usage data. I put great stock in businesses that communicate in an efficient and timely manner with attention to quality and clarity. This has been our experience with American Sentry Solar, from the on the roof technician all the way to the President, Mr. Joseph Tunney. We received our authorization to go live as of yesterday and are looking forward to seeing if our investment in renewable energy is as we had hoped. Well done, American Sentry Solar! Thank you!
