I received five bids. NRG was significantly lower than next highest bid. The solar installation only took three weeks from order to completion. My main contact was polite and was always available to answer questions. Also dealt with estimator, designer, installation crew, all of whom were excellent. Excellent monitoring features that did NOT require an Internet connection (use cell network instead). They even handled the interface with the electric company. This project went far more smoothly than I had anticipated.
