After installation of the solar panels I had a lot of question and that is where Andrecia (Ann) Turner, Quality Assurance Analyst, has been so very helpful. She has returned emails, returned calls, and found answers to every question I have asked. I give Ann 5 stars for her positive attitude and ability to resolve my issues in a timely manner.
