The team that did the ground installation was professional. They left the worksite clean everyday and they were also personable. I could have used a written outline of all the things I'd have to do meaning the portals to sign up for and when. Those weren't hard to do at all, it's just that I didn't know I had to do them or when to do them. But it all worked out and we've had $0 electric bills for months.
