Terrible Customer Service (UPDATED)

Customer service was great until, the system was paid for. Then installation was delayed with out any updates. After system was install I had to call them to tell them the panels weren't synced. Now 1 of the 28 panels still is not synced. Have called texted etc and the issue has not been fixed for the past 2 months. At this point I'm at a lost of what to do. Wish I went with a different company.<br /><br />Update: I have now been able to get in touch with the VP of Sales, who has been a great help. He had the monitoring for the system installed and the system repaired. One of the panels had an faulty optimizer that was only working intermittently. If he had been my rep the entire time im sure they would have had 4/5 stars. But since he was not I will be giving them 3 stars.
