UPDATED: Spoke with Mali. She quickly discerned my problem and sent me the instructions for an immediate fix. I missed her initial outreach to me in<br />April. That email probably went to a spam file which I delete almost daily.<br />Please show a five star rating for Boston Solar. They (Mali) were terrific.<br /><br />Several calls, and an email go ignored. No periodic contact as promised. No Solar Edge generation information since April 7, 2018.

We're glad that we were able to solve the problem with the internet connection to the solar production monitoring quickly after getting in touch, and apologize that we missed each other with our communication initially!
