False Advertising

Be aware and stay away from these guys!!! <br />Sullivan solar is fake and will deceive you every step of the way. When they want your business, they will call non stop to make a deal. Afterwards, if there is a problem good luck getting anyone to reply or help. Sullivan undersized our solar system and signed us up to a wrong rate plan with SDGE. At true up, our bill came out to be over $1,000. For 6 months we tried numerous times calling, emailing to get someone to help us resolve this. Got a full run around with some of their own people even admitting that they designed too small of a system. They just kept blaming us that we used too much electricity. When we tried to reach the VP (Quinn) or even Daniel Sullivan, we were constantly pushed back and never heard from them. After I wrote a negative review on Yelp, all of a sudden Daniel Sullivan finally responded. Met with me in their office, asking almost pleading that I remove the review and then he will PERSONALLY take care of it. I did as promised. He then strung me along, delaying and trying to drag things out. Making me gather bunch of useless information for him (water bill?). I asked him a simple question. If he thinks the system he designed was accurate, then guarantee that it will cover our usage. If not, then add few more panels to make sure we break even. For the last 3 weeks he has not responded to any of my emails. Terrible customer service. Unethical, Unprofessional and sorry I signed up with them. Stay away from Joe Hamilton (sales). Terrible bait and switch sales pitch. I'm very disappointed and I will discuss this with my lawyer. False advertising, negligence and deceptive sales tricks. Will contact BBB. It did not have to be like this.
