We didn't know what we wanted, or how to get there. Even where to put the solar panels. On a roof, or freestanding? Kim evaluated all our issues and recommended a tracking panel. We got it a little larger than just paying the current electric bill. This allowed us to install two heat pumps and have the cost of running them offset by our energy credits. We did this for offsetting the oil bill in winter, but the side benefit is that we now have air conditioning which is something we never could have justified. (We adjusted quickly!) The installers were great guys and provided the extra materials needed to make our electrical changes. We are very happy with our system.
