Horrible Customer Service and extreme delay in making repairs.

I have been a Sunnova customer for a little over 2 years. I have been very pleased with production. However, my system stopped producing in February 2018.. I had to call them to inform them. It took them 3 weeks to determine that my system was not producing which was quite obvious. It took them another week to send a work order to a partner to determine the issue. It is now almost 3 months since my system went down - caused by a squirrel chewing a wire. The partner company is prepared to make the repairs but has been unable to get approval from Sunnova and every time I call the customer service department I get the run around. I have now been elevated to the second tier of customer service which means absolutely nothing. My repair should cost less than $300 but Sunnova is not moving forward with the repairs. Meanwhile, I am paying the monthly lease fee in addition to my electric bill.
